Nicole Johnson

Born and raised in Smithers, Nicki is proud to serve the community she has always called ‘home’.
Her passion for real estate started early, beginning as a high school intern with Jeremy Penninga at Calderwood Realty. After graduating, she attended BCIT’s Professional Real Estate DipIT program, where the fast-paced, hands-on environment strengthened not only her industry knowledge but also her skills in relationship building, prioritization, and professional confidence.
Following graduation, Nicki expanded her skill set by specializing in rural and recreational properties with Landquest Realty. In 2016, she returned to Calderwood, drawn back by both the familiarity of home both in and outside of the office!
Now celebrating 10 years with Calderwood in 2026, Nicki has also earned her Associate Broker’s licence (2023), reflecting her ongoing commitment to growth and leadership in the industry.
Outside of work, Nicki and her husband Calvin stay busy raising their two spirited daughters, Scottie and Tate. She values staying active, embracing creativity, and showing up fully as a wife, mom, and businesswoman. In every role she takes on, Nicki leads with loyalty, integrity, and dependability.
